Cast
Iron Skillet
Tag # 000048
Have you ever used a properly seasoned cast iron skillet? Everything
that you cook gets Iron added to it. I think that there was
a Teflon conspiracy to get America's housewives to throw out
their mother's cast iron skillets.
Cast iron is nonstick when properly season, you can't use dish
sop on them either, you just rinse them with hot water, re-heat
them and coat them in a little dab of vegetable shortening.
One skillet will last you your whole life and then some, and
that is why the Teflon guys convinced my mother to throw her
Skillet out. Now she buys new pans every ten years or so.. hmm
sounds like a good time to sell cookware. Why don't you just
buy this skillet and you will never need another frying pan
again.
