This is one of those things that I bought solely based on the packaging alone.. I'm not sure that I've ever tasted pork skins.. Now its not that I'm afraid of eating fried pork, I'm quite a fan of pork..

At the dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse has a menu item that is simply named "fried pork hunks" one of my more favorite food items there..

I also heard that pork rinds were George Bush Senior's favorite snack, I wonder if his son Georgie will modify the school lunch program to include pork rinds as a vegetable? I heard somewhere that ketchup was making a comeback...
